Sentricue ServicePortal is a web-based tool for workshops, tradespeople and service businesses. Keep track of customers, cases, hours, parts and photos in one place — and push invoice drafts straight to your accounting system. Customers get their own link where they can follow the case live.

We have four plans: Free, Basic (499 NOK/mo), Pro (999 NOK/mo) and Enterprise (1 999 NOK/mo). All prices are per workshop. Detailed pricing and what's included is on the pricing page. SMS notifications are billed separately per message.

No — one subscription covers one workshop. If you run multiple workshops, each one needs its own subscription. Exception: the Enterprise plan lets you connect multiple workshops under one account with a shared user list and cross-workshop case visibility. We enforce this technically via IP-locking — one account can only be used from a limited number of approved IP addresses.

When you sign in for the first time, your IP address is automatically registered as the workshop's anchor IP. If you later sign in from a new IP (from home, mobile, etc.), an admin must approve it in Settings → Access. Number of approvable IPs: Free 1, Basic 2, Pro 5, Enterprise unlimited. If you need more than that, you either upgrade or — if the IP belongs to a different workshop — buy a separate subscription for that workshop.

Yes — you get a 14-day free trial without entering card details. You can test every feature in the Pro plan, and if you decide not to continue, nothing happens automatically.

SMS is billed per message and the price depends on the recipient country. Norwegian mobile numbers typically cost a few NOK per SMS. You can see the cost in the SMS log and it's added to your next invoice — no pre-purchase required.

You send a link to the customer via SMS or email. The customer signs in without a password (magic link), sees the status, current price and photos for their case, and can approve the estimate in one click. All communication is collected in one place — no more chasing for updates.

Today, you can push invoice drafts directly to Fiken and TripleTex. Visma eAccounting, QuickBooks and Xero are coming next. Need a specific integration? Send us a message — we prioritise based on demand.

Yes. Sentricue is built with strict access control (Postgres Row Level Security) so businesses never see each other's data. All data is stored in the EU (Stockholm, Sweden) on Supabase, which runs on Amazon Web Services. Backups run daily.

Yes — your data is yours. We offer CSV/Excel export of customers, cases and logs. If you decide to cancel, you can export everything and then delete your account. We erase the data within 30 days of cancellation.
