Terms of Service

These terms apply between Sentricue ("the operator") and the business that subscribes to Sentricue ServicePortal ("the customer"). By creating an account or subscribing, you accept these terms.
1. The service
Sentricue provides Sentricue ServicePortal as a SaaS for workshops and service businesses. The service offers customer and case management, a customer portal, SMS and email notifications, and accounting integrations. We may evolve features over time but will give written notice before any material reduction in features you pay for.
2. Account and users
You must provide accurate and current information when registering. You're responsible for securing your accounts and for all activity from them. Each account is locked to approved IP addresses according to your plan — see the pricing page for details.
3. Subscription and payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Prices are listed on the pricing page and shown excluding VAT. SMS usage is billed separately per message and added to the next invoice. One subscription covers one workshop. If you run multiple workshops, each needs its own subscription, or use the Enterprise plan which allows multiple workshops under one account.
4. Trial period
New customers get a 14-day free trial on all self-service plans. A payment card is required at signup but you are not charged until the trial ends. You can cancel any time during the trial in the Stripe portal at no cost.
5. Cancellation and refund
You can cancel any time via Settings → Subscription → Manage. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until the period ends. We do not refund the current period upon cancellation unless agreed in writing.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for: • unlawful purposes or breaches of privacy law • mass unsolicited SMS or email (spam) • reverse engineering, bypassing security mechanisms, or systematically extracting other users' data • overloading the service or attempting to break access control Breach may result in immediate suspension.
7. Availability
We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance is announced in advance when possible. For critical failures we prioritise restoration as quickly as we can.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid for the service in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or losses caused by sub-processors (Stripe, Twilio, Supabase, Vercel, Resend, accounting systems).
9. Termination by us
We may terminate your subscription with 30 days' written notice on material breach, or with immediate effect for fraud, payment failure or serious breach of acceptable use. You'll get 30 days to export your data before deletion.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.
11. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Disputes shall be settled by Oslo District Court.
