Cookie Policy

Last updated 2026-05-31

This policy describes how Sentricue uses cookies on sentricue.com and in Sentricue ServicePortal.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser. Cookies are used to remember preferences, keep you signed in, and collect anonymous statistics about how services are used.

2. Necessary cookies

These are strictly necessary for the service to work and do not require consent under the Norwegian Electronic Communications Act § 2-7b: • Session cookies from Supabase for sign-in and authentication • Theme and language choice (stored locally in your browser) • Cookie banner acknowledgement (so you don't see it every time)

3. Anonymous analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand traffic patterns and performance. These are privacy-first and don't store personally identifiable information — no IPs or cross-site tracking cookies. No consent required.

4. Third-party services

When you complete a payment, Stripe sets cookies directly in your browser to prevent fraud. These are governed by Stripe's own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy).

5. How to control cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Note that blocking necessary cookies may break parts of the service (e.g. sign-in).
